CEPROCUL’s programme for 2026 shall support vulnerable families in Batibo urban who are most exposed to dearth, insecurity, misery, precarious environment, and health contagions. In cognizance with the relevant UNSDGs, the SPHERE Core Standard and the Minimum Standards in WASH, our project is to transform the living conditions of the urban people and their rights to affordable descent essential services including potable water, sanitation and a descent healthy environment.

CEPROCUL meets Man Pass Man

Mr  MOMO SADIO Benoit, a.k.a. Man Pass Man, is a physically challenged, self-made small scale itinerant entrepreneur of the informal sector in the City of Yaounde, Cameroon. He is married and is a father of 4.

In spite of his physical challenge, Man Pass Man strides the streets and distant commercial centres & markets of Mvan, Acacia, Marché Central, Mvog-Mbi, Marché Biyem-Assi and others more with his itinerant enterprise in the bid to make ends meet, most essentially, his children’s upbringing. He has a personal Business idea needed to be given a push.

There is every humanitarian reason to encourage and support him and those other vulnerable persons like him in your community who have shun the cup-in-hand ‘profession’ and are engaged in some activity however informal and small scaled.

Man Pass Man Awarded a Small Grant

Within the framework of her Economic Empowerment (Entrepreneurship) & Small Grant Program, CEPROCUL welcomed Mr  MOMO SADIO Benoit, a.k.a. Man Pass Man in her Obili Yaounde head office on April 4, 2019. Both parties signed an “accord d’appui economique” in which CEPROCUL offered him a 100% nonrefundable Small Grant to help him transform his itinerant commercial activity into a fixed enterprise however small and informal. Representing CEROCUL (Action for the Needy) at the event were Mr ABOMO Ghislain, Secretary General, and Madam AYAFOR Winifred, Program Focal Point.
